1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Easy Punch, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ALISON TECH LAB.

• You must be at least 18 years old or a business owner/manager to use Easy Punch
• The app is intended for legitimate business use only
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local labor laws when tracking employee attendance

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of attendance data entered
• You must inform your staff that their attendance is being tracked
• You are responsible for maintaining device security and data backups
• You must comply with applicable data protection and employment laws
• Profile pictures should only be added with the consent of the staff member

5. Data Ownership

• All attendance data you enter belongs to you
• Data is stored locally on your device — we have no access to it
• You are responsible for backing up your data
• If you uninstall the app, all local data will be permanently lost
• Google Drive backup is your responsibility to manage

6. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the application
• Use the app to track attendance without employee knowledge
• Redistribute or resell the application
• Use the app in violation of employment or privacy laws

7. Google Drive Backup

• The backup feature is optional and requires your Google account sign-in
• We are not responsible for data loss due to Google Drive issues
• Backup data is stored in your personal Google Drive storage
• You may revoke access at any time from Google Account settings

8. Disclaimers

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not responsible for incorrect attendance calculations due to wrong settings
• PDF reports are generated based on data you input — accuracy depends on your entries
• We are not liable for any business decisions made based on app reports

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALISON TECH LAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Easy Punch, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or inaccurate reports.

10. Updates

• We may release updates to improve functionality or fix bugs
• Updates may modify features or interface without prior notice
• Database upgrades will preserve your existing data

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any features at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
