1. Introduction

ALISON TECH LAB ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Easy Punch mobile application (the "Service"). Easy Punch is a staff attendance tracking app that works completely offline, allowing businesses to manage employee attendance, working hours, and generate reports. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

• Staff Data: Names and profile pictures of staff members
• Attendance Records: Entry/exit times, leave records, dates
• Settings: Work schedule, weekly off days, holidays

2.2 Google Drive Backup (Optional)

• If you choose to use the backup feature, your attendance data is uploaded to your personal Google Drive
• Google account email (for authentication only)

2.3 What We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT collect any data on our servers
• We do NOT track your location
• We do NOT collect analytics or usage data
• We do NOT use advertising SDKs

3. How Your Data is Stored

• All data is stored locally on your device using SQLite database
• No data is transmitted to any external server
• Profile pictures are compressed and stored locally in the database
• Optional Google Drive backup stores data in YOUR personal Drive account only

4. Google Drive Integration

If you choose to use the backup/restore feature:

• We request access to Google Drive File scope only
• Backup is stored in a dedicated "EasyPunch Backup" folder on your Drive
• We cannot access any other files on your Google Drive
• You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT share, sell, or transfer any of your data to third parties. Your attendance data stays entirely on your device and optionally on your personal Google Drive.

6. Data Security

• Data is stored locally — no network transmission risks
• Google Drive backup uses Google's secure authentication (OAuth 2.0)
• Profile images are compressed to minimal size

7. Your Rights

• Full Control: All data is on your device — you can delete the app to remove all data
• Export: Generate PDF reports of attendance data
• Backup/Restore: Control your data through Google Drive backup
• Delete: Remove individual staff records or clear all data at any time

8. Children's Privacy

Easy Punch is a business tool intended for use by adults (business owners, managers). It does not target or collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Since the app works offline, significant changes will be communicated through app updates.
